Emin received his BSc degree from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Turkey and in this period he attended to Erasmus Student Exchange Programme in Universita Della Calabria, Italy. He received MSc degree from Yıldız Technical University, Physical Chemistry Department, Istanbul, Turkey. He started his PhD at ICB-CSIC on October 2015 with G-CNN group.

His research mainly focused on the synthesis of conjugated polymers, their composite materials with carbon nanostructures and various characterization techniques.
